* courage
* rewarding
* secure

* perseverant
* faith

What does it look like when I am not doing it? (costs)

* scared
* self pity
* false pride
* distrusting

What are the benefits?

* bravery
* confidence

What is the truth?

* I can be fearless and survive

What is the illusion?

* this will hurt

My fearless friend

I spoke to a friend a few days ago. She has been my friend for many years, yet of late, we have not crossed paths. My friend has ALWAYS been fearless! Always filled with enthusiasm and loved her job. Her locomotive truly had lots of steam, ALWAYS.  But when we recently spoke, she was consumed with stress and fear. How could this have happened? I had always come to her for her strength, her fearlessness and her advise. Yet on this day, my fearless friend looked EXACTLY like me............like the old me, I should say. Her spirit was broken! And, as was my case, she blamed it on lots of things.  We spoke for awhile and she finally said "How are you doing?" That is like plugging me in.  I told her I no longer had fear or stress at work, not much anyway. And she said surprisingly "and you are still working at the same place? And I said "YUP". I told her about 18mind and how my life has changed since connecting up with them. She asked lots of questions and I told her "Believe me, you have known me for a long time....this really works"  I told her it was all within me all the time and that the coaching helped me to see that. She is going to look at the webite and I am hoping she sees my comment because I love my fearless friend and want her back.
