Why doesn't everything go exactly as we wish it would.  Why don't others behave as we think they should.  Why do things happen to us that we did not want? The real questions should include why should everything go the way we wish they would, why should others behave as we think they should, and why shouldn't things happen to us that we did not want?? Are there any "real" or "True" reasons why one point of view is any more reasonable, better than, or even more useful than the other. That became the focus of this book. Eventually it comes to the realization that all views are arbitrary and therefore are all opinions.  These were all likely (genetically) programmed, (socially) conditioned, and even due to our (karmic influenced) actions. And these opinions affect the brain.  Therefore, why not opine those things that make us more productive, helpful and/or happy. As opinions are really thoughts, the question then became where do thoughts come from.  There is learning new things/ways, but also, unlearning old ideas/opinions.
