What does it look like when I am doing it? (rewards)

* less conflicts with self, others, & God
* helpful
* honest
* others respect me

What does it look like when I am not doing it? (costs)

* conflict with others
* conflict with myself
* conflict with God
* anxiety
* false pride

What are the benefits?

* humility
* tolerance
* life supporting

What is the truth?

* moral, though subjective, is helpful

What is the illusion?

* morals are bad
