In addition to being a computer engineer, I have spent 25 years trying to figure out what keeps me from living the life that I dream of. I have studied psychology, Scientology, LandMark, 12 steps, goal setting, sales, investments and any other self-help book that I could get my hands on. I just could not achieve the joy I was looking for. It always seemed that I was unhappy in my quest for more. I just could not find fulfillment, no matter what the level of achievement I had attained. But then one day, I learned a secret (not the movie The Secret). As soon as I learned this secret I started to have more and more happy days, more and more successful days and more profitable days. This idea had to go beyond positive thinking. Everybody knows about positive thinking, but not everyone's happy, healthy and wealthy. There is a critical piece that I had been overlooking the whole time. Without this piece of the puzzle nothing that I tried would stick and my life would drift back to its old pattern.

I was just trying to use sheer willpower to get the world to change. This produced some reasonable results in my life, but it eventually led to exhaustion and depression, I just could not keep the energy going. Finally, after over 25 years of attempting, I found the key. With this key I was able to begin to change the way that I looked at the whole entire world, and this effortlessly shifted my results. I was able to take on responsibilities that I was afraid to take on before. I was able to drop away old behaviors fairly quickly without them returning. I learned to enjoy things I used to hate. I found out that I wasn't genetically programmed to be a failure. What had really happened to me was I had been conditioned to have a hard life. Now, I can condition myself to have a wonderfully productive and fulfilling life consisting of all of the things that I desire, and so can you!

Once I had found the key, I wanted to make it available to as many people as possible. I could not believe that I had never seen this in my readings. It would be shrouded in fancy language and examples that never made the point clear to me. I wanted spiritual transformation to be simple, affordable, and effective to anyone who wanted a better life. That is why I founded the company, 18mind.
